1. Speech:
“W.A.Mozart, Joseph Fiala and the Viola da Gamba” Thomas Fritzsch
Did Wolfgang Amadé Mozart compose for viola da gamba? Certainly! His father Leopold Mozart bears witness to this. Joseph Fiala, the most famous viola da gamba player of the time after Carl Friedrich Abel, was Mozart's close friend and lived in Mozart's Salzburg birthplace from 1778 to 1785. Thomas Fritzsch, who plays the ex-Fiala viol ( Joann Paul Schorn, Salzburg 1709), has rediscovered Fiala's orchestra-accompanied viol concerto and viol traces in Mozart's oeuvre”.

2. Speech:
“The technique of improvisation of Marin
Marais at the light of the new sources” Vittorio Ghielmi
While completing a new book on this subject (with the coauthorship of C. Urbanetz), Vittorio Ghielmi will introduce and explain the improvisation technique used by Marin Marais and his disciples in the light of the new sources that have recently appeared. A practical seminar that works on the original manuscripts and explains the secret marks of Marin Marais and his aesthetics. A key to understanding the autograph corrections and the French master's rich didactic alphabet”.
